Shipping policy

We make your Brigadeiro fresh to order and usually ship within 1–2 business days. All orders are packed in temperature-controlled packaging to ensure freshness. We recommend refrigerating upon arrival.

We ship based on the service you select and do not ship over weekends or before federal holidays to avoid delays in transit.


  • Los Angeles orders: We ship Monday–Thursday

  • Outside Los Angeles: We ship Monday–Wednesday (to ensure delivery within 3 days)

Because our treats are perishable, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the shipping carrier, it is officially in their care. While we do everything we can to package orders securely, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss that occurs during transit.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Perishable Nature

Our products are sensitive to temperature and handling. We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your package upon delivery. We are not responsible for melted or compromised items due to weather conditions or delayed retrieval.
