All of our Brigadeiro start with a base of whole milk, sugar and butter. Natural ingredients are then added, such as cocoa powder, coconut, fruit purees and coffee . All flavors are gluten-free, except Sweet Milk Pearl and Café Au Lait, which include a crunchy white chocolate pearl containing wheat. Nuts are only present in flavors with nut coatings.
