All of our Brigadeiro start with a base of whole milk, sugar and butter. Natural ingredients are then added, such as cocoa powder, coconut, fruit purees and coffee . All flavors are gluten-free, except Sweet Milk Pearl and Café Au Lait, which include a crunchy white chocolate pearl containing wheat. Nuts are only present in flavors with nut coatings. Our Brigadeiros are a delicate, handcrafted treat made with real ingredients, best enjoyed fresh. For the ultimate Brigadeiro experience, we recommend savoring them within 3 days of receiving your box. To prolong shelf life, follow the storage guidelines below. Please note that Brigadeiro is still safe and delicious to eat if you exceed storage guidelines, but the sugar may crystallize, compromising the smooth creamy texture we love.
